Users may report violations via the in-app reporting tool. We aim to review all reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action.
You are responsible for any content you post, including text, photos, and external links. You grant Unifi a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display your posted content within the platform.
Unifi may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.
Unifi, including all logos, trademarks, designs, and technology, is owned by Unifi App Limited. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our materials without our prior written consent. Other trademarks appearing in the app belong to their respective owners.
By submitting or posting content on Unifi, you represent and warrant that:
Unifi may show you promotions, discounts, and sponsored content relevant to students and your location. Some features may be promoted by third-party partners who have agreed to our data protection terms.
All data is collected and processed in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Students must opt in twice before their data is shared with participating venues. Venues must treat exported user data as confidential and must not share it with third parties. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on our website and in-app, and notify you via email or app alert where required. Continued use of the Service following changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Unifi may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach any of these Terms or community guidelines, we are required to do so by law, or your conduct poses a risk or legal liability to Unifi or its users. Termination may occur without prior notice and may result in the deletion of your account and data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or accuracy of content. We are not responsible for delays, technical issues, or losses caused by external systems or internet failure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unifi will not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, or goodwill; indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; or data loss or unauthorised access caused by your negligence.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unifi, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
