At Unifi, the safety of our community is our top priority. We are committed to protecting children and young people from harm, including child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
Unifi strictly prohibits any content, imagery, or behaviour that involves or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation. Zero tolerance. No exceptions.
Standards
How We Protect Our Community
- Zero Tolerance: Unifi strictly prohibits any content, imagery, or behaviour that involves or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- User Reporting: All users can report abusive or suspicious activity directly through the app or by contacting our support team at info@unifi.app.
- Immediate Action: Any account found engaging in CSAE-related activity will be permanently banned, and unlawful content will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Content Monitoring: We use moderation practices to detect and remove harmful or illegal content.
- Cooperation with Authorities: We work with law enforcement and child protection organisations whenever required.

How to Report a Concern
If you encounter content or behaviour that you believe may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation, please act immediately:
- Use the in-app report function to flag the content or account directly.
- Email us directly at info@unifi.app with as much detail as possible.
We review all reports promptly and take immediate action to protect our users.
